We teach separate Live classes for the most current versions of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Don't worry if you have a different version or edition because the Instructor points out the differences. All self-paced classes are available in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. The only version of QuickBooks we don't offer classes for is QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.

To refund your membership, please send an email to [email protected] before the 30th day of purchase, and you'll receive a full refund. Please note if you use any of the included QuickBooks certification vouchers, we have to deduct the cost of the vouchers ($130 each) from your refund.

After 30+ days, we'll stop your monthly subscription for live services (this includes daily instructor-led classes and Live QuickBooks Help sessions). Still, you can keep your access to the entire learning library (including all updates to those courses).

For instructor-led classes:

The instructor shares their screen and uses QuickBooks to guide you through everything you need to use QuickBooks effectively. You can work along with them, but usually, it's best to observe them and the lessons they present.

For self-paced classes:

You can pause the class and switch to your QuickBooks to practice hands-on.

Live Help:

Yes, this is absolutely hands-on. You'll share your screen with an instructor and use your own QuickBooks during your session.

No. You can view the training on any device with an internet connection. Anytime, anywhere.

You'll take the exam online using an internet browser like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

Complete Training & Live Help is unlimited! We request that you are respectful of other people's time in the Live Help sessions and limit your questions so other attendees can take a turn asking questions, but come in and ask as often as you want!

No! With Complete Training and Live Help, up to three people in your organization can log in and use the training simultaneously.

You can cancel your membership at any time to end your live services (daily instructor-led classes and Live QuickBooks Help) - but you'll still have access to the entire learning library (including all future updates!). When you decide to return and reaccess your live services, just pay the monthly fee, and we'll reactivate your account.
