Your QuickBooks login is for Intuit products (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Payroll, etc.) Your training login is only for QuickBooksTraining.com - where you access classes, courses and certification prep. They’re separate systems so credentials don’t transfer.

Yes. If you miss or need to reschedule a live class, contact us before your scheduled date. You can reschedule at no cost. Many learners also retake classes for reinforcement — just let support know which new session you’d like to attend.
If your plan includes class recordings, you’ll find them in your Training Dashboard after logging into QuickBooksTraining.com. Select “My Courses” and choose the class to view the recording. Recordings are available for 90 days; contact support if you need additional access.
