Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Policy update (March 12, 2020)

We teach in-person classes at various locations across the U.S.A. The safety of our customers and QuickBooks trainers is our number one priority.  Due to recent CDC guidelines, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend in-person classes. We’re monitoring the situation daily and will resume in-person classes as soon as possible.

Your first priority is to keep yourself, your family, and co-workers safe and healthy! But you still need to learn QuickBooks. And we want to help.

So we’ve added multiple online classes to our weekly schedule. These are the exact same classes we teach in-person. Taught by the same instructors who are ready to answer your questions. The only difference is you’ll attend from the safety of your home. Plus, we’ll include a complimentary seat in a future in-person class in your area.

Is the online class really as good as the in-person version?
Yes. But don’t take our word for it. Here’s some feedback from a few past attendees.

“Taking a training class online was not my first choice, but now it is! The trainer was absolutely the best and I will definitely take another online class with you!

C. Martinez

“I was worried about an online class…but I loved it! The instructor had a special skill to keep the class at full attention without running over her words or speaking too fast. The material is simple but very informative. Great job.”

R. Cedillo

“I took the Mastering Quickbooks Level 1 webinar. The instructor did an excellent job of teaching the course. She was easy to follow and understand. I was pleased that she took extra time to answer all the participants questions. I highly recommend this training.”

M. Ryke

“If you are going to take Quick Books training we highly recommend that you take it online with Real World. Our instructor was knowledgeable, patient, funny, and honest. A decade of webinars, classes, and training experience. We also signed up for Diamond VIP membership to continue QB education which we know will be excellent… RWT has done a great job building a top notch team.”

M. Duffy

What did you consider when planning for COVID-19?
Be prepared

The safety of our customers and employees is our #1 priority. At the same time, we don’t want to add to any potential panic. We’re monitoring the Covid-19 development daily and have established procedures that allow us to react instantly… to any scenario.

Our priorities

  • Health – Keep employees and customers safe.
  • Serve customers – We understand that many customers want live training when it’s convenient for them. We will make sure that happens in any scenario.
  • Keep our economy moving – Unfortunately, this has slowed the economy and hurt many businesses. This hurts business owners and their employees.
Our intention is to help small businesses, their employees, and our employees to keep working and contributing to the economy.

Monitor the situation daily

The situation is developing and changing almost daily and we’re staying on top of the latest developments and guidance. We’ll keep a credit for each student who wants to attend an in-person class when things get back to normal.
