We’ll teach you the skills to succeed.

It can feel intimidating at first. We’ll guide you and make sure you’re ready before you’re in front of customers.
- Teach short 1–1.5 hour online classes
- Teach a two-day online class
- Answer customer questions 1-on-1
- Create training videos — script, screen capture, narrate, edit
- Collaborate on improving materials and teaching methods

The hiring process
Five steps, no unpaid take-home projects. You’ll know what the job is really like before you accept it.
- 1
Apply online
Fill out the application and complete a 15-minute assessment.
- 2
Phone call — about 30 minutes
A conversation with our hiring manager about the role, how your experience and interests line up, and your questions.
- 3
Interview — about 2 hours
An interview built around real job scenarios. You’ll respond to a few prompts that let you show your writing and teaching skills.
We use one longer session instead of several short interviews so we can preview the work in detail and give you time to prepare for the demos during the interview — not on your own unpaid time. - 4
Meet the team
A Zoom call with team members currently in the role. Hear what the day-to-day work is actually like from the people doing it.
- 5
Final interview
A final conversation to cover open questions, followed by a brief trait assessment — not a skills or cognitive test — to help ensure a good team fit.
Hear from current employees
Six short videos from people doing the job today.
