To access your training, visit https://quickbookstraining.com/login/. Enter the email you used at purchase and your password. If you never set up a password, or can't find it, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Go to https://quickbookstraining.com/reset-password.
2. Enter your email address and select Send reset email.
3. You'll receive an email titled "Password reset". Open that email and select the link to reset your password.
4. Enter your new password in the New password and Confirm new password fields.
5. Select Reset password.

If you don't find this email in your inbox, check your spam folder in case it was automatically filtered out. To reduce this risk, add office@quickbookstraining.com to your email address book.

To create a new password, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://quickbookstraining.com/reset-password.
2. Enter the email address you used at purchase and select Send reset email.
3. You'll receive an email containing a six-digit code.
4. Enter the six-digit code and your new password.
5. Select Reset password.

Now you can log in using your email address and your new password.

Everyone learns at their own pace, but you can become QuickBooks confident with our How to Use QuickBooks class in as little as 13 hours.

The best way is a combination of live QuickBooks classes, self-paced courses and QuickBooks Live Help whenever you need it. This is the best way to learn QuickBooks fast!

After you register for a live class, you'll receive a registration confirmation email from office@quickbookstraining.com.

You'll also receive reminders for your class 24 hours and 1 hour before it begins, with join links for your webinar.

If you don't see these emails in your inbox, check your spam folder. Also note that the emails go to the email address you see on your Account page.

We do not offer certificates of completion with our training.

All certifications are issued upon successful completion of certification exams.

All of our live classes are taught through Zoom. So, you'll need a web browser that is compatible with Zoom, or you'll need Zoom installed on your computer. You can find out more at https://zoom.us/. You do not need a microphone, webcam, or even the QuickBooks software to attend our classes.

Absolutely! You can attend any live class as many times as you like. Just go to the live classes page (https://quickbookstraining.com/members/classes) and select the Register button for the class you'd like to attend.

Follow these steps to talk to an instructor and get help in QuickBooks:

1. Go to the Live 1-on-1 Help page: https://quickbookstraining.com/members/live-help.
2. During most business hours, you'll see multiple rooms open. Join the room with the fewest people waiting in line.
3. Wait until the instructor calls your name, share your screen, and ask your question!

If you purchased a Certification or Team plan, go to https://quickbookstraining.com/members/certification to access certifications. You'll see a section for each certification exam. Select the exam you want to take, and good luck!

Throughout our training, you'll find hands-on exercises that give you hands-on QuickBooks experience. Normally, you need to own QuickBooks to use it, but with our training, you'll access special test drives that don't require any additional purchase or subscription.
