How does the OnDemand class work?

After you place your order, you receive log-in credentials for the course via email. Follow the link in the email, type your user name and password, and start learning!

How long can I access the OnDemand training?

Your OnDemand class never expires. Watch your class as often as you like for as long as you like.

Do your OnDemand and CD/DVD classes cover the same material?

Yes.

What do I need to take the OnDemand class?

You need a computer or tablet with an internet browser, high-speed Internet, and computer speakers or headphones.

Do I need QuickBooks on my computer?

No.

I didn't receive my log-in information. What should I do?

First, check your junk mail/spam folder. If you still didn’t receive your login information, please call our office at 800-564-2688.

Do you offer a money back guarantee on your OnDemand training?

If you are not satisfied with the OnDemand QuickBooks training you purchased, contact us within 30 days from the order date and you will receive a full refund (less a $14 processing fee).  

Which version of QuickBooks do you teach?

We always teach the current version. We also offer older versions for most of our OnDemand courses.

Are the training courses hands-on?

Yes. If you have QuickBooks installed on your computer, you can pause the class and switch to QuickBooks to practice hands-on with your company file or with a sample company file.

Do I receive CPE credit for the OnDemand QuickBooks class?

No. We only offer CPE for our live in-person or live online classes. Learn more about our CPE courses.
